Default 3 month old clutch plus dealer questions

MY kfx 400 has about 20 hours on it and was serviced by them for the 1st maintiance. Ok so everything is going fine and what not and the cluthc goes out, i get mad but it wears off b4 i get to the dealer. I have had a 400ex before this bike so i know how to ride. they are saying that i messed with the clutched settings were it is so tight it broke it. Well wtf i dont even have a clue how to do that, they also say that i summeriged it in salt water, that is funny because i asked them were they got this idea and they said when i had it for sale that 3 guys were looking at it and said they would never buy it cause i had smurged it in salt water.(These guys are worthless trash, cause they have never been rideing with me, they have no quads cause they cant get financing.) Anyway that is why they will not fix my clutch, not because of wear or anything.

Plus these are the guys that stole my key when it was at the dealer and gave it back to me a week later. reports were filed for this too. now my dealer is listing to them over me. well $200 and a clutch that i will never buy anything again from dales funcenter. If they said i broke the clutch from riding it or somthing i would listen but not for some bs like this. Tell me what is the point of a 5 year warranty if i cant use it? Also what kinda ppl listen to theifs.
