does anyone have a source for new bushing for secondary clutch,or perhaps a way to repair.

 

Get some made at a machine shop out of oil-lite or bronze, 44mm od x 40mm id x 20mm deep.

 

You can also replace the pulley with a later model.

 

I just replaced mine with '03 units when mine went bad ( it's design is improved over the '02 clutch )... but have intentions ( in my spare time ...LMFAO ), of repairing my '02 secondary as listed in previous posts, & possibly trying to improve the performance on it...
