Hello Serge and well come to atv connection. I think you should start with a filter and jet kit.

Default Cheapest mod??

Go with the EPI Outlaw clutch Kit (Black & Red Clutch Springs), and DG-3 Module. If you decide to change your stock filter, you might as well try Nyrocks Muffler mod, Napa Hose or DG snorkel, and rejet. You'll spend approximately $200-250 on parts.

With new found power you'll definately want to replace your front & rear tires and possibly later add the progressive springs to the front (Just changing my front tires to Holeshot ATRs and Mudmachine Triclaws in the rear made a world of difference in handling and traction.

wickedkawi

for the cheapest mods start with.

you need 2 number 4 or 5 nylon washers. these will go under your needles. $.30 each
you need 8, 4mm by 14mm stainless steel allen head screws. these are for your float bowls. $.65 each
you need a 3mm ball end allen wrench, to make it easyer to get the float bowls off. $3.50
you need the next size up main jet ( dont know you elevation) $4.00
now you need more air for all of the above. so go to NAPA and get there hose P.N. 7335. $13. this will replace your stock snorkle.

now that you have all this air coming in you need to get it out quicker. do the nyroc muffler. which consists of cutting the end off your stock muffler and drill 6- 3/8" holes thru all 4 baffles.
you need a 12"- 3/8" drill bit. i think $15.00, then cut out your spark arrestor. then weld the end cap back on.

now that you got it running better. get an EPI black or dalton spring for your secondary clutch. this will make the belt last longer. $ 25.00
for the drive clutch i like the stock 700p spring. gives you a little more all around rpm's. $14.

and there is a list of all the cheapest mods you can do.

go to nyroc web site. you will find all the things you will ever need to know.
