After you remove the tailpipe allen screws. Clamp on to the tailpipe with some visegrips and tap around the circumferance of the silencer with a rubber mallet or hammer and remove tailpipe tip. Now loosen the disks with the t-handle allen screw wrench that was provided. Take out all three screws
Add or subtracts disks and re-install in reverse order. The silencer just slides onto the headpipes and is tighten down with a with a hose clamp

no i think you might have misuderstood but thanks anyway. the expansion chamber was way to tight going onto the silecer. like scary tight we had to heat the silecer to get it on and then couldnt get it off. anyway at my last wits end my dad saw a can of dw40 and said males try. and to my surprise after about a minute it slid right off. that stuff is amazing i swear by it now. that my pipe still doesnt fit that good we had to modify the braket and mount it on the inside instead of the outside of the frame bar.

Same thing happened to me. On top of that one of the screws that holds the disks in broke off during this. I ended up beating the living crap out of it with a sledge just to get them apart. By the time I got them apart my silencer was so bent and dinged up it looked horrible. This was before I even got to fire it up. I contact SuperTrapp very displeased. They sent me a whole new complete exhaust and didn't even want to old one back. Call them up and let them know what's happened. They'll take care of you. Their customer support is excellent.

Yeah, I used to have a SuperTrapp on my KLR650. but after repacking the silencer about 8 times, the guts were very dificult to get in and out of the housing. The last time I put it back together, I knew the next time it had to come apart would be very ugly.

My solution was to buy a new FMF Qcore. I never liked the loud noise that came out of that Supertrap pipe, and I wasn't really impressed with the power either. At this point in time I do not see myself ever buying another SuperTrap product.

Buy the way, the FMF gives me way more power than I could extract from the SuprCrap.
