HI, I just installed my new Pro Circuit Duals on my V 700 and love the look!. I do however have a few questions. First the bike is a little to loud for my taste. Is there no packing inside the silencers? The instructions says I can get an optional quiet core kit, where can I get this kit and does it decrease any power for any of you who have installed this kit? Secondly just a few minutes after riding my header pipes tured brown to gold in color, i know this is due to heat but is this normal or is the bike running to hot. And last the instructions do not mention anything about carb jetting. I only do trail riding and the the bike does not seem to backfire and seems to run very well, Should I leave the carbs alone? I have however noticed the right side pipe seems to blow out noticeably warmer exhaust gasses, is this normal even if pipe is shorter from the cylinder? I guess what Im asking is am I doing any damage to the engine??? Thanks so much for any help

i only know two things about that. i think that the pipe is suppose to turn that color because i see all the other atv exhausts turn that color and for the quiet tip try the site at the bottom. it says something about quiet modular tip but u have to select the size of the tip of ur exhaust.
