BRUTE FORCE TODAY

I was only able to get the deal I got because I've bought a P650, P700 and now a BF from the same dealer. He said that around the nation for the next 3-6 months they'll bring sticker and in some places sticker + freight and set-up.

CAM650, from experience with my Grizzly the ATR Holeshots would not be a good choice for an IRS quad if you like to powerslide because they have too much lateral grip. Although I could break the rear end loose & slide with them, it was harder to do and sometimes the quad would bounce and buck as the tires were grabbing for traction. So far what I’ve found that works best for me as an all purpose trail riding tire are GBC Dirt Devils. My only experience is with the 26” variety (which has deeper tread lugs than the 25” version). They work pretty good in all conditions including mud and snow, and they powerslide well too…

I didn't really care for the sound on the Prairie.

As far as the whine goes, yes it's still there.

I currently ride a Vinson but am looking for something with a little more power. I ride through rocky creeks, mud, and rough terrian but I love to cut the trails too. There is no way I could afford both machines so which would you say is the best all around quad? I ride with many people who have Grizzlies, Sportsmans, and other quads of different sizes and my Vinson seems to keep up with the best of them but you can tell the suspension does not match up as well as the power. Don't get me wrong it does well against these larger machines but I wan't something with more power.
You mentioned the BF can wheelie like it's nothing but what about the P700? I wan't something sporty but that can still go anywhere. This Vinson does well but could use some more power.

I had to yank on the handlebars to get the P700 to get big wheelies. It wheelied from a dead stop but NOTHING like the BF. The BF wheelies big time without yanking at all. Either would be a great choice. If I had to choose one that is best all around I would choose the Prairie. However, it's gets down to what type of terrain you ride on mostly. The BF would be better for the type of terrain u listed minus the trails. Both the Prairie and the BF will walk away from the Vinson too.

It will be very interesting to see these three quads clash.

I'm not at all surprised to hear that the BF750 pulls wheelies much easier than the P700...it seems to me that if you put the P700 motor into a BF frame, you will end up with an easier to wheelie machine simply b/c of the BF's much taller frame/seat height...(in other words, the BF frame carries the weight of the rider higher up as compared to a P650/P700). As I recall, the BF's seat height is approx. 3 inches higher than the P650/P700 and this design change should make it easier to wheelie IMO. Someone correct me here if my thoughts are incorrect on this point.
I'm very interested to hear how a stock BF will do vs. a stock P700 in a drag race...I think that will settle the issue of how much faster (if at all) the BF accelerates than the P700. Don't get me wrong, I do recognize that the BF has a claimed 4.5 max. hp over the P700, but the max torque is practically identical.

Im thinking to that the p700 will put its horsepower to the ground better via the SRA than the Brutes IRS. But I may be wrong. So a p700 stock 4 stock with a Brute will be close all the way.
According to a friend the P700 can be made to put allmost 60 horses to the crank without changing cams, porting or a BBK or uping compression, pipe, if you now what to do.
So a stock Brute will get stomped by a set up p650/p700 like most of ours.
So I think their is nowway its worth the money to upgrade to the Brute when you can all ready stomp it now.
NOT ALL WILL AGREE BUT THE P700 IS THE BEST ATV SO FAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you know how to set it up.
