Default Diff lock, locked up on my 650

Hello, I was out muddin on the weekend. I got her stuck pretty good. I had to winch it out a few times. One time while it was spinning, I grabbed the diff lock. Now it is always locked. The front wheels are posi all the time. I can hardly turn it at low speeds. Has anyone else had this problem? Will warranty fix it? How hard is it to fix? Any advice is welcome.
Thanks

You might have junk stuck around the cable or a bad cable. Warrenty might cover it depends on if there is noticable damage from like a stick etc...

Ya I checked out for sticks'n'stuff, but it's internal. I even pulled off the lever and nothin'. I will not return to the off position. I will have to bring it in.

I know one or two others that have had this problem. There is a spring inside that I think is the culprit. Unfortuantely, you have to pull the whole thing apart to fix it.

you said while you were spinning you grabbed the diff lock. people always told me that it was bad to pull the diff lock while your tires are spinning.
