Default jetting for Altitude, Humidity, and Air Temperature

Here is a good article I ran across, check out the fig #8 correction factor at the middle of page about Altitude, Humidity, and Air Temperature for jetting.

It looks like base sea level pressure and 55 degrees is a good starting point. x1 on the graph.
138F and 142R sea level for p-700 and 650.
