DO you folk think I will have any problems with a 27" tire on a 04 Prairie?????

i run 27 inch bear claws that are 10 inches wide with no problems

I run 28" Maxxis Mudzilla's without a problem.

No problem. I run 25", 26", 28" and snow trax on mine. Only thing is you might want to ugrade the 2nd stock spring in your clutch.

can you guys recommend a good tire , not a full out mudder but close to it that will ride good on hard pack?????

My pick would be the Goodyear Mudrunners runflats.

Maxxis Mudbugs are another good choice. although the Mud Runners will wear alot better, and perform just as well. little bit more pricy than the bugs but well worth the cash! Good Luck!

The guy I have been working with on my problem with the Dirt Devils told me that GBC has a new tire coming out. It's a lot like the Big Horn, but seems to be more aggressive. Looks real good , but it won't be available for 2 months.

I run the 27" mud lites on my 04 700 12" wide on the back and 10" wide on the front. I did have to trim the plastic on the front bumper a little as the rubbed in tight turns. I like the tire for hard pack riding as it seems to ride pretty smooth. I wish someone would make a tall non mud tire (I hear they are coming) as all i'm really after is the clearence not the mudding abilty.
