Default Are ITP C-series backspaced differently??

Do the ITP C-series wheels have different offsets and/or backspacing then the stock wheels (on my BF750)? I'm wondering why I would want to spend the substantial extra cost on them unless they will provide my BF750 with a wider track (and by how much?).
I understand the unsprung weight advantages, and of course they are pretty cool looking, but Schwaby wants $300 for the set of four (plus another $344 for the 589's I'll mount on them) and I'm not sure I want to put that much on my account.
Also, it appears to me that the 5's are tough but not as polished, and the 6's are polished but lighter duty. Is this correct? If so, I always go for function over form... Some folks are selling 4's, but they don't currently appear on the ITP sight.
Also, anyone know the correct bolt spacing for the new '05 BF750? Of course I guess I could measure it, but I'm not at home....

The lug spacing on a Brute is 4x110, like a Honda or Yamaha.
