The Brute Force looks like it would be the best to me. I went to the Kawasaki website and looked at both of the specifications of each atv and the Brute Force looks the best. I'd have to say it looks cooler too. Looks like a real high quality work horse. I've never driven one, so I have no idea how they handle but I'd say the Brute Force. ...But, the Prairie looks just as good and it is $500 less so i'd probably get that.

My plans on the brute right now is having a staight axle and a brute force, I'm personnelly not sold on IRS. I'm very happy with the 700 straight. I might change my mind when I drive a BF in the next couple of weeks, but no matter what I will not sell my 700 or 650 to buy a Brute.

well guys i rode a brute last night and i had some real highs and real lows about the brute [highs power is awsome suspension is great flys thru the bumps][ lows it aint guna corner like a prairie and front end comes up way to easy on hill climbs] bottom line p700 still has a real place in the atv world plus you could get smoken deal on 04' leftover

My thoughts on the Prairie versus BF.
First just to introduce myself I raced Yamaha bikes for several years in Arizona. Mainly Flagstaff. Only have 9 years experience with atvs. But I can tell you how a atv handles, good or bad.
The Prairie is as close as you can get to a sports car in a utility Atv.
The BF is at best third. Twin Peaks, Prairie same machine and then BF maybe.
I rode the BF today and it has great power, and rides nice but not as good as the Grizz or Rincon.
I really don't think that the power is much different than my modded P-700. And It scared the crap out of me on a corners , I was using all the body english I could muster.
I'm sticking with the sra prairie.
I'll set up a drag with the dealer and race my modded Prarie in a drag if that 's important.
It will be close . On the trails no problem the Prairie rules. Even with that whine that I now love.
