Everything is on it's way except the cams. I have a set ready for you but I need your cores now. I sold 5 kits to a guy today and he wants 10 more so I NEED CORES real bad. I have never had so many orders for one kit in the past 15 years as I have with the V-twins. If you build it right you will not have any problems, unless waiting for your buddies to catch up is a problem

Mickey..

I know you can't discuss price on this forum, but i'm interested in the 785 kit for my V Force. I a run down on what's involved in getting your engine work done and what everything will cost me. Please PM me with the info. and if everything works out, I'll be one of your next customers.

Hey, thanks Mickey, as far as my cores, I am at the mercy of Inmotions schedual and the timing of when all the parts are in. I have our anual Lake City Colorado trip schedualed for the end of this month. They won't start the install unless they are 100% positive that it will be finished and the twin peaks properly tested prior to my trip. They do alot of custom engine work but I think this is there first experince with one of these kits. I have noticed some real excitment amongst everyone there about what we can make this beast realy do. I am hoping for at least 60+ HP at the rear wheels. I have got about 35 now with the CDI,K&N, and procircut pipe kit. I can't wait to see what this baby will do when its done.

Alltoys, my gear problem was caused by my own stupidity. My son's while pulling, were telling me they're were hearing a snapping noise while pulling. This was before everyone knew about adjusting the shift linkage and loose motor mount bolts.

I though it was the bike throwing rocks back on the front of the pan, once in a while one will hit and it sounds like a gun going off.

I'm $1600.00 smarter now...

Vtwiner...I don't think he makes a 785 anymore....same money it's an 800.

CC1999, although the motor is only as good as the builder, once rebuilted, it's a new motor, should be more reliable than the old.

Shotgun,
I had to rebuild my gear case as well when I pushed my motor over 100 horse I know how you feel. I still want to use the Kawi frame and motor for drag racing this P700 my buddies from Ducati in Europe are sending me a new cdi and 4 electrode spark plugs they want me to try. When I was over there last time they had me bring the head off my Kawi so they could do a casting of it. Since then they have made a new set of heads for me to try as well. There is a new old way of thinking about head porting, bigger is not necessarily better!!!!!! It has been called High Velocity head porting smaller valves are used instead of larger but more pressure is caused producing more useable HP. I was told it produces manageable torque all through the throttle position. Basically torque is produced on gradual scale so that it is linear instead of bang on the top or where the porting was developed for. Most porting is developed for the top end where as this type of porting is made for the whole power band. although it does produce more top end and torque. Duacati have experienced as much as 15% more top end and controllable horsepower since they have gone this way. On a super bike 15% is dramatic especially where one horse power can make a winner!!!!!

Now for the bad news, you will have to bore the cases. The good news is you don't resleeve and with a big big stroker I might be able to build a 900 How much power would that monster have??
Shotgun, or Mickey,
If you don't have to resleeve then what is done to the cylinder walls?

I don't want to speak for Mickey, but I took what he said as meaning that the 750 cyclinders, were thick enough to take the 90mm bore.

SHOTGUN,

the brute cylinders are all aluminum- so just bore it out then send it out to be renickelcyled

there is no steel sleeve in the 750 cylinders.
