Default 360 owners, what Problems have you had?

My 03 360 has only 1350km on it and have had to replace the 4 wheel drive acuator, 2 bearing seals and the fan controll switch so far. Thankfully Kawi had thrown in an extended warranty and it was all covered. This seems like alot to have replaced already. I was wondering what other p360 owners have had troubles with. And what kind of expences I have to look forward to once the warranty runs out

Yeah I Go through water up just past the headlights on a trail that links to all the other trails I put it in low and keep it pinned till I get through it. I have no problem getting through it but it's after I get it wet is when the problem starts. When I give it a good soaking like that and stop if I don't feather the throtle it stalls out and it takes about 20-30 seconds to get it going again. I turned up the idle but it doesn't seem to help at all. But for going through the water I Have no trouble at all. I have had to help pull a honda 450 out of some of the same places I've been through. He's running mudlights and I'm still running the crappy dunlops. I think that the kawi air intake is higher than the honda 450's

After going through that deep of water I check my fuilds and so far so good no contamination. No water in my air box to date either I always try and keep the intake above the water. However when I do this I sometimes submerge my vent for the belt houseing and get water in there and have some bad belt slippage for about 10 min. or so. Has anyone put a drain plug in there belt houseing? I was thinking of this but think I might wait untill the warranty is up. As for the stalling I was thinking about some dielectric grease on the spark plug wire. Anyone with the same problem or any other ideas? The trails we ride usually have alot of water on them and splash on the engine so I think Its running cool enough that I don't really have to worry about cracking the engine block when I do take it for a bit of a swim.

I know have a 2 second flashing 4x4 light on. Acording to the owners manual it's a malfunction of both the engine brake acuator and 4x4 acuator. I think I got a lemon.

Only thing happened to mine was the oil cooler fan switch went out.
Went to Auto Zone bought a toggle switch and turn it on myself.
That way I know it's working.
Other than that 2 yrs old and still goin good.

The air intake is under the tank plastic next to the shifter.
I've been over the headlights in mine when it was new and still going.
The plug and wire will get wet and it won't run well till it dries out. Not much to do about that.

The 4x4 light should be an easy fix.
Unplug the 3 pin connector above the engine brake activator.
Then there is a 6 pin gray and a 6 pin black connector.
Plug the gray to black and black to gray and turn the ignition switch on for about 5 seconds.
Switch off and plug everthing back the way it came and go ride. Worked on mine a couple times.

I highly recommend buying the Service manual. Bout 29 bucks from Kawi but dang well worth it.

In my opinion the 4x4 actulator needs a recall, it's a joke!! I am now on my 3rd actulator because water has gotten into it & blown it, & I havn't even been riding in deep water, shoot last time it blew is because I was riding in deep snow, what a P.O.S.. I am having another problem with it where it wont kick into 4x4 sometimes for 10-20 mins. then after it finally kicks in it works fine, will go in & out of 4wd with no problem, go figure!

Other then that I have repalced 1 front axle boot, (got a hole in it) 1 belt, primary clutch weights (pins wore out so I replaced the weights with the lighter ones for my elevation) & I need to replace the clutch shoes.. I have about 4500 miles on mine!!
