Default Skid Plates for the Brute

I just got email from www.utahsportcycle.com about their Ricochet line of skid plates and stick stoppers. They said that they will have it on the website by Monday and should be ready to ship by next Friday. I didn't ask about price, but the full coverage on the Rincon, and other comparable models are about $300! There's a magazine artical about them on that website and it got nothing but praise. I'm going this route I do believe.

I'm talking for everything. Front and rear a-arm guards too. You get everything from Kow and it's over $500.

I read on another site that the Kawa CV guards for the Brute are nothing spectacular, waiting for decent aftermarket here. For the price tag of over $200 for 4 of 'em, they should be made outta gold. I did order the full Kawa skids for the rest of the bike, not in yet.

That's not a bad price at all for everything. I had an Armordillo on my Rubicon and I liked it a lot, but they're saying Dec/Jan. I'd have the Brute's bottom tore out by then.
