KFX700?
#1
I am thinkin about buying a KFX700 after I sell my quads. I want some opinions on them, like the good and the bad. I will be mostly trail riding, crossing creeks, hill climbs, some jumps, small ones, like 5-10ft air max, etc. I was wdonering if a KFX700 would be good for me or not. Will it beat a Z400? Also what is it good at doing and what is it bad at doing? Anything wrong with them?
I just want a overall review of a KFX700.

Its by far the best atv I have ever rode, I love it and wouldn't trade it for anything. It will definatly beat a Z, it's good on jumps, you will not be dissapointed!!!!!

The only problem I've had with mine in the past year and a half is bent tie rods. They are a very soft steel. The aftermarket has stronger replacements though. You can either replace them, weld a sleeve or angle iron over them, or have them heat treated like I did. Oh, I also bent a front rim. I baught a set of ITP c-series for my holeshots and put my sand tires on my stock rims. You don't notice the bend in the sand.

Right the tie rods are an issue, but would you rather crach and bend the tie rods and pay 65 bucks for a set of aftermarket rods, or have stronger tie rods and crash and break the a-arms and steering stem and pay 1000 bucks for aftermarket parts. If the tie rod gives it has less of a chance of damaging the other parts, if the tie rod doesn't give than the other parts will take the damage. And I agree with the rims they will dent easily, good call man with the C-series they look nice and aren't that pricey
