Default Any aftermarket air filters for BF750 yet????

I called K&N yesturday and the guy rudely told me "no" when I asked him if they had one yet for the BF750. When I asked if there was anyone there who might have an idea when they might be going to have one out he once again replied "no". You know someone knows, just not this guy....
Anyone know of any other aftermarket filter make that has one out for the BF750?
I did my ten hour cleaning and realized that the stock one is nearly worthless. This might explain why so many folks have had water problems. Even a little splash of water is going to go right through (or under or over) this P.O.S.
I was hopeing K&N or someone else would come out with a complete replacement that replaces the whole assy.
Any ideas??

Don't know about any aftermarket air filters yet, but I saw your other post about mounting the winch solenoid under the seat where the tool kit stays. Called and told my dealer to put it there........they said they would.......we'll see. Thanks for the great idea, would have installed it myself but I barely have enough time to ride as it is.

So far it has worked well for me. I've used the winch several times with no ill effects so far. One issue is that you are left with a bunch of extra cable that you have to bunch up under your seat. It fits, but I'll probably shorten the cable and do a better job of routing them before too long. I wanted to see how it worked first....
Hope it works well for you.

Does this completely replace the entire air cleaner or just the Foam filter? If It's just a new Foam filter then I don't want it.

Hey Bama, i looked at the filters, you will just have to check them out. They look like they are just a heavier foam.

They want 20 bucks for it.. so I figured that it was just a filter. Does anyone know if they flow well?

They do flow well or better than stock I should say. I have always used twin air on everything I have owned. They are made well and are supposed to be slightly smaller in physical size than your stocker so it allows more "storage" in the air box for extra air. Dont know if this works but I do know the filter on my mojave was a little thinner than the stock one. Never really paid attention to the other models.

Mentalmojave
Thanks for the info on Twin-Air, I just ordered one for my BF750.
I too have used the Twin-Airs before & had them on both of my Prairie 650s, they do a better job over the stock air filter unit.
