Default Quad Works ATV Power Kit

Finally time to start modding the air flowing through my 700 beaster....

The plan is to get a K&N filter, outerwear and a jet kit, as well as the snorkle from DG. I went to my dealer to start pricing things out... now I don't know how much jets are worth or what exactly i have to get but he reccomended the Quad works ATV power kit which apparently comes with the air filter the outer wear and and a Dynojet ATV kit but he was asking 275.99 canadian!

Does anybody have any XP with this kit - should I buy the pieces seperately from somewhere else - is there more than one set of jets so that this kit would work with the snorkle and maybe a future exhaust mod (assuming I would have to go even richer) - maybe this is already a good value - I dont know!

Any advice please - thanks in advance!

Personality, I wasn't able to get more power with this kit. So, I went to two different tuning shops and they try to get better results, but were not able to. So, I got a Twin Air filter, outwear and bigger jets to match my set-up, and then it gave us the results we were expecting. They told me ''usually'' dyno-jet kits are able to give more power, but not on Prairies 650/700. I should've putten this kit in the garbage but can't because I feel bad because it also cost me 270$. I should of putten my money somewhere else, like the Dynatek CDI that was my best investment for little more than that price, liberating all the power my prairie can give!! The Diamond G snorkel is also another good investment! As for the Quad works kit run away from it!!!

Thanks littleoy,

have a couple of follow up questions for you though - was it the K&N in the kit that you were unhappy with or the dynojet kit? If it was the dynojet then can you explain what actually cam in the kit and how it was different than the jets that you picked up afterwards...

I guess i'm looking for what exactly comes in the kit - does it have adjustable needles and an assortment of different mains (this is what i expect and if it is - how is that different from what you ended up with)

Thanks alot for your help and the advice on the product!

It was the same exact kit you are looking at, K&N Filter,OUTWEAR and complete Dyno-jet kit(including different sizes of jets and needles). Sounds nice but ITS NOT!! I bought the Twin-Air filter, Outwear and bigger size jets for less then a 100$. On this forum, I do a search, on the dynojet kit, I think Alltoys (from Alberta)also already bought that kit, and would of giving you the same answer then I did.
