Default Handlebars out of whack

Just noticed the other night that my Handlebars are out of allignment, must be from jumping in the dunes. Can I adjust with the Tie rods? Never been face with the problem so I am not clear on how to fix it?

You should be able to adjust with tierods..I bent my stem and got it to adjust back by tierod movement..
