Exhaust pipe bender
#1
I'm looking to bend some exhaust pipe and I'm wondering how much these machines cost. I know you can get the fancy ones that cost like $5000 but I'm looking to spend a few hundred at best. At that price point will I be stuck at a manual one or will I be able to get a hydrolic one?
Any info you guys can provide would be great, thanks.
EDIT: This is what I'm after, pipe bender.
Are these any good? Where abouts in Canada can I find this?

The dealer said that the Jet kit wouldn't be much good without the K/N filter. I'm getting a snorkel put on mine right now and they said they are going to contact Kawasaki and see if they would cover it. I got water in the intake and I wasn't really in that much water, when you turn the wheel the water will shoot right up to the intake valve. And the dealer said the book said you should be able to go in up to 6" of water with no problem. So he is going to see what they say.

The dynojet kit may not improve performance much by itself but from what people are saying who have they do help. You don't need a K&N filter. Let me know how your dealer snorkles your airbox and if they cover it. I have snorkled mine and I even have a video on my website about it. Use this link though: Click here and then on videos on my website

I'm looking for a real tight bend, might have an excuse to buy a welder now. You can create you own bend.

well heres your chance to get a welder. if you look at JEG'S ( HIGH PERFORMANCE STORE) they sell radius pipe with (i think) a 5" O.D. now if you had a welder you could buy those pieces and cut and weld them togther in any shape you could think of.
there a fine line on how tight the pipe can be without destorting the pipe. once you get really really tight pipe it involves big$$$ tools.

Grizzly accesories has a hydraulic tube bender 12 ton $89.95 and 16 Ton $159.95. Go to http://www.grizzly.com/index.cfm it's on page 456. It's the bottle jack style and says not for exhaust but can handle 2" (12T) and 3" (16T) max size bent to 90 degrees.
