Sounding like ya hit the track on a somewhat regular basis, then get the Mojave. It winds up better because of the 4valves instead of the 2 on the Lakota. It'll also put up better being wound out for extended periods because of the liquid cooling. Can't help but wonder about yer Lakota- how did the previous owner treat it? Someone somewhere misused the thing...........

 

Personally I like the Mojave better and think you would be better off if you sold your Lakota and bought the Mojave. I have a mojave myself and only had one problem with it. I had blue smoke coming out of it because it was burning too much oil. My dad fixed that. But I don't know how or what new parts he bought for it, but that was it. So I would sell your Lakota and buy the Mojave.
