Next time I go out im going to reach my 10hr break in.

I behaved for the most part. Only gave it full throtle a couple times.

Whats the next step?

Can I just go out and hammer it?

Thanks

That 10 hr thing is BS, I was always told that after an hour or two of modulating the throtle go ahead and ride it like you stole it

good job on the break in procedure ive always done proper break in regardless of what anybody else says just what the manual says i have a 03 650 and i have not had a problem with it i here alot of othr people asking how to fix things that semm way to early for any problems maybe the were the one who said screw break in any way i changed the oil front and rear diff fluid and adjusted if neede all cables and levers. good luck and have fun and you shouldnt have any problems at all. p.s also before i ever rode it i put dielectric grease on all my elctrical connections get the grease that comes in a can like cheese whiz also spray the inside upper part of the aibox lid with a film of white lithium grease that way it catches even more dirt befor your filter and when its dirty just wipe it of and reapply.
