It may be tough but could be done, had a friend put one in a Banshee. A couple of thinks to be aware of the motorcycle engines are taller, the cylinder is straighter up and down. They also kick rearward compared to quads that kick forward and the rear fender will be in the way. If your talented enough or can afford to have someone do the fabricating for you it shouldn't be too difficult, people have done crazier conversions.

By the way- are you a dune shooter? isn't the stock engine good enough? Keep in mind also that a bike engine is not counter balanced like that of a quad so you're gonna have vibration up the ying yang. Not to discourage anything, just trying to help ya see what you've got ahead of ya. I used to wat to stuff a KDX250 into my mojave frame too. MORE POWER TO YA!!!!
