Stolen kvf700

What a bummer, stolen right out of my garage. I don't even know what to say about it. Police say there is almost no chance of recovery, and insurance only pays market value. Some people have no respect.

When you replace it, expose your new one when it's convenient for you to watch it. Maybe you can recover your old one using it as bait by catching them in the act. Also, you may get a little satisfaction at the coward theif's house getting him where it hurts. If you are determined to get it back, you are your best resource.
The police are worthless whether it's an atv or a car or anything else. They just don't have the time or resources to go after everything stolen.
That is too nice of a bike to not at least try. Good luck and shame on the thief.

I think that one way to mousetrap some of these sumbiches may be to install a secret radio homing beacon, like they use on wildlife collars, to track the thief to ground. And when you find 'em, then call the cops. Or just drive over to the dough-nut shop and get one of them good ol' boys up off their well-paid *** to come over and bust the a**hole what done stole ur stuff...but do not speed on the way over, you will surely get a traffic ticket. Dam straight, you will.

Why get the police? The 5-0 will just take em to jail. I say, give em a good old fashioned *** whooping, THEN call the cops. They need to be punished in some other way than jail time, or a fine!!! The only way to do that is with a baseball bat, and an alley behind some houses! Sorry to hear about your loss, those are such nice quads!

Sorry to hear of your loss, Hemi. At least the insureance will give ya book value on it. If ya ever see your steed out there go nail the Bozo then call the cops! It's a damn shame that some jacka$$ would do aomething like this. I have my quads in the shed in what I think is a prettry good neighborhood- damn near went to jail for do a full throttle run to the end of the block to test the jetting because of some neighbor with nothing better to do. Bu even in the backyard in the shed I still chain'em together.....

crap, they got YOU instead, I've been leaving mine unattended for the past three weeks HOPING somebody will steal it. I bought a new BF750 in September and I'm still unable to ride it. backorder this...backorder that...wont go into 4wd, KEBC actuator motor wont shut off, engine misses, a-arms falling off. what's the secret to getting somebody to take it so I can go buy another Polaris? lol

Guns are always loaded. But unfortunately you can't be watching 24/7. Neighbour told me they had their grizzly stolen from their attached garage two months ago. Coincidence is we bought our house from them, and they moved down the road.
Seems like someone around here is after big bore sport utes. They stole my neighbours grizz and they also had 2 wolverines and a big bear in the garage but never touched those. Nothing else was taken from my place either.
When will quads come with an ignition like DESS on sleds?? That would keep a lot of thieves away.

that's a good point, I suspect the insurance industry will dictate when that happens. I hear a lot of quads being stolen but it only counts in the stats if the ins co has to pay out. maybe most stolen quads aren't insured? I'll do a poll on www.allaboutmud.com and see what percent of people even carry ATV insurance
