my swing arm bearings they are really bad shape and when i took all the parts off for painting ( is how i found out there in bad shape) well how do you get the sleeve out ? the out side sleeve thats agianst the swing arm walls ? any help would be verey help full need to get them out to replace please some tips u all

 

i got a socket that would fit inside the hole but still hit the sleeve...then i smashed it out with a sledge hammer...it may seem like nothings happening for a long time if they don't move...but that's what mine did...then finally i hit it really hard before i was gonna leave and it popped right out
