Default 2003 650 drive clutch

the brake makes alot of noise, ive had problems with it ever since it was new the dealer fixed it twice or at least tried the first time it cost me 240.00 and it hasnt ever been right. i think it needs a torington thrust washer instead of the bushing but if i can find a improved version of the whole clutch assy i would go that way. right now i have disconnected it at least the motor .so i still have four wheel drive. this is all fine but now my rear clutch is making a smacking noise when it moves to shift when im in low range, on the trail and pushing snow. i cant beleave im the only one having this problem, if you can remember i would realy appricate the info thanks

Removing/replacing the drive clutch: Remove the belt. Remove the center bolt. Screw in the clutch puller. Crank in the puller until the clutch is pushed off. Reverse the procedure to install.
