I was watching ATV magazine television today and had a section on police in Austin, they have grizzley's that they drive to patrol. They drive them on the roads or wherever they want! Whats up with that? There not even street legal, all they have are strobes, sirens, and license plates that say exempt! Why cant we drive them anywhere we want?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

 

I saw something like that,but the atv police were riding on some public trails,checking people for helmets,insurance and other stuff.

 

hey depends on the state here in montana we are allowed to drive or ride on streets hell during the summer the old farts drive there riding mowers to store and so on hell the 14 year old kids have licences here !!!!!!! crazy compared to louisville, ky and new albany ,indiana

 

If you ride the trails in Darlington Wisconsin, not only do the local police have a Sportsman 700, they also have a radar gun!

Did you use to live in new albany?

I went to southeastern kentucky and they have kids trick or treating on atvs. Then a cop went by with a busted out tail-light and waved at the kids on atvs. But cops are getting strict on atvs in alot of popular riding places from people getting hurt.
