I riding buddy of mine was ordering some new Dirt Devils, He wanted the 26's but the people at rockymountain said they would rub his gas tank. He has a 03 Prairie. Anyone running over size tires on the 03? any clearance problems. Thanks[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

they are lieing because my buddy had 26in dirt devils on the P-650 with no problems at all

 

It's true in some cases if he's running 26 inch tires on stock Prairie rims. I can't speak specifically to Dirt Devils, but some tires will rub. If you upgrade to aftermarket rims like any of the ITP C-Series rims, they have a little more offset widening the Prairie's stance, and allowing all 26" inch tires to clear the gas tank.
