Default shocks for a lakota

i have been looking around and cant find any aftermarket shocks for my lakota and just wondering if any of you had suggestions and where to get front and rear shocks. I also heard that a 250r shock would fit a lakota, is that ture? If it is does it need to be modified and how hard is it thanks

Works makes shocks for it. And, yes, the 250R shock can fit. There shouldn't be any welding involved, however.

Any of the shock manufacturers will be able to make you a set of shocks. I have Works on the front of mine and they work great. I have a 250r shock on the back and love it as well. Some minor grinding of the spacers on the swingarm is all you need to do to make the 250 R shock work.
