I had the needle replacement done And still had a bit of a miss myself. Pull the plug from your front carb and check to see if is fouled I don't think my dealer checked it (even though I made a comment about it when I took it in) well, it was fouled (black) I replaced the plug and adjusted my idle now the machine is running like a champ

I sent them out this morning - hope I didn't forget anybody! Speedamus, is that e-mail address you posted correct? I didn't think the ". . . yahoo.ca" seemed right, but I sent it anyways plus sent it to ". . . yahoo.com". I can't figure out how to attach the TSB to a post here, but maybe someone can stick it on their website and post the URL.

I am glad to here I am not the only one having this problem. I called my local dealer and they called it a customer satisfaction bulletin. They scheduled me in had by BF750 for 4 days called me back said it was fixed. Picked it up and paid $53 for two spark plugs.... wait they were supposed to do the needle thing. The service teck. assured me that she fixed the problem by replacing both plugs on my 100 mile unit. Wrong, new plugs didn't change a thing so the dealer wants it in the am and they assured me they would take care of it and give me a 100 mile service for free for my troubles. Then they said that they did a couple of units already and that did not take care of the problem. They put the rear needle in the front carb. I will post the results when I pick it up in who knows when.

Wait a minute. . . . tell us more about this female wrench. Is she hot?

ha ha ha ha - good luck getting it sorted out. I'm still hoping I can locate somebody that is parting out a Prairie or Brute so I can get ahold of the LCD speedometer/gauge unit to replace my broken one. Those things are outrageously expensive from Kawi!!! Let me know if you want me to e-mail you a copy of that TSB so you can take it in there and make sure she pulled up the correct info.

Thanks! If you're talking about "mikeyboyesq", I checked and he already sold his LCD before I got to him.
