I went off on the dealer about not wanting to cover the needle replacement and I felt bad about it as soon as I did it. even though I had every right to be mad, it was Kawasaki the company that did me wrong, not the guy behind the counter. I apologized. don't lose your temper up there, it will only make things worse. if you want to lose your temper, which I admit is fun sometimes lol, do it at the last guy at Kawasaki headQ that tells you "no".

My problem was the dealer until i talked to the Kawi rep the first dealer wanted to charge me $2600 in parts because the bike rolled when the cv let go then the second dealer told me it was $2800 and that they are going good for it.

Yes they eventually fixed it but the bike had to go to another dealer and at first they didn't want to touch it because they knew i had just bought it from the other dealer so it sat there for a month until it was looked at and Pro Cycle where i purchased it from even tried to sell me extended waranty and they couldn't cover the 6 month waranty that came with the bike so they would have had to buy the parts from another dealer just to repair it,tell me i wasn't pissed and to this day that dealer can't get parts for a 4 wheeler.Freedom cycle replaced everything that had a dent or scratch on it and the Kawasaki rep called to find out if i was ok when they saw pics of the bike that Fredom had sent them. The other dealer didn't try to contact them just tried to give me a bill.At one point i thought about driving it thru the front door on fire lol.

I couldn't get Kawi to cover the tie-rods or the ends on the `Force. They said they bent due to abuse.
They bent because the tie-rods were designed for a machine 1/3 the V-Force's weight, and in an effort to cut cost, they were not beefed up to handle the forces of a 600 LB. 4-wheeler.
In an effort to cut aggravation, I cut the V-Force from my garage.

I have never had any problems with any kawasaki's that I have owned except the problems that I created. And as a matter of fact, kawasaki is all my family has ever used and we have never had any problems. I totally like my 700 prairie and my brother has the 2004 kawasaki 360 prairie and it is great too. My father has a 1997 kawasaki mule on his farm and it has never had any problems.
