mojave tire ? and sprockets

Default mojave tire ? and sprockets

ok ive got size 22 tires now and 13 tooth front sprocket and on back ive got a 40 tooth sprocket should i get the 18-11-10 tires or the 20-11-10 tires for my gearing ......... and it seems like ive got the speed and midrange power but no wheely popping take off but i do get some what of a good take off but not like youd think 2nd and 3rd gear it gets mean on take off the front lifts and catches you off gaurd any advise?

i'd go for the 20's..i have the 18's now and i need to gear this thing up a lot...i hit the rev limiter in 5th gear in about 12 seconds or less...donno cause i was on snow...but it still hits it fast on dry pavement...oh well...it looks killer

I think the stock gearing on a mojave is, 12 in front, 43 in back with 22 inch tires. I would go with 20 inch tires, and should be about good.

I've got 20 inch Klaws with the stock gearing, and thats the setup I usually use for drag racing. Next summer, I'm gonna run 18's with a 13t front sprocket and a 36mm Mikuni carb. It should be quick.
