Default Clunky 4wd actuation

The 4wd actuator has been increasingly more noisy (either that or I'm just noticing it more). When switching from 4wd to 2wd there's a clunk and the front of the quad actually seems to raise higher as if something in the suspension is releasing. Going from 2wd to 4wd made a nice clunk as well and it didn't sound good to me.

Is it normal to hear and feel the 4wd disengage? Is everyone else's noisy? How often can I expect to replace the actuator motor?

It has me concearned and I just want to take care of any problems before the warranty is out.

Thanks.

My 650 has done this since day one. If you put it in 4x4 when you are going about 5 mph, it will go right in no problem at all. Same for going out of 4x4. If you try to get it in 4x4 when you are sitting still, good luck. When I am sitting still and put it in 2x4, the front end moves and I hear a clunk. It's nothing to worry about IMO. Just be moving when you engage or disengage 4x4.
