Prairie pipe?

I have seen the HMF but, but never got a chance to ride it. I thought it sounded somwhat louder and a little poppy. Keep in mind there are allot of differenrt versions of the HMF/penland pipe. I am not sure which one that guy had. As far as I know the penland Pipe is just an HMF that you pay 10 or 20 bucks extra to have is name on it. All of my quads run the full system Pro circuts. I like the fact the head pipes being a little larger and being made of stainless steel instead of the factory head pipes that have a real bad tendency to rust. I am probably a little picker than most about how my quads look and sound. I like them to look new and sound good. If they don't I make them get that way pretty quick. I hate looking down at my engines and seeing a set of old rusty pipes hanging off there. I know they are just quads, and some fokes say that there made to tear up. I just think since they cost alot of money that I should take good care of them and they will intern take good care of me on the trails. I have Been told there is not alot of difference in performance gain on the V-forces by going duel Pro's or sticking with the single.

Amen brother, these things cost too much money to just get tore up, i also like mine to look very good and the Pro Circuit does look sharp. I'm just waiting for sweetquads comments on the penland pipe so i can try and compare them to one another. If you don't mind telling me how much were your pipes and where did they add power? Thanks.

I gave about 425.00 for two of the sets installed at one of the places we ride all the time about 3 hrs from here. The other system, the one thats on the FST 800 I bought from and had installed by the motor shop that did the Engine mods, It ran 450.00 Installed. I herd there was a misprint on Procircuts website selling them for something like 300 bucks for the whole system, and they were honoring the price. I checked back a couple of months ago and it was still that way. You might check there and see. As far as power goes with fourstrokes in generel pipes are good for about 3-4 Hp tops , and thats if you have the jetting dialed in correctly, If the pipe throughs off your jetting I have seen them actualy go the other way and make the quads slower than stock. I did all my modds on the 700 at the same time and had a before and affter dyno test done there was almost no gain I later had a jet kit installed and dialed in the quad on the dyno and now have about 71/2HP total gain from the Jet kit, pipe, K&N, and Dyna CDI. Thats about a 25% gain over stock. The P650 has about the same results, Its about 1-2 HP over a stock 700 with the same mods. as my 700. My FST 800 has the same mods as the other 2 plus the FST big bore kit plus High Performance cams and flowed heads, its Hp is just a little short of being double the stock 700's HP.

Right now we're pretty set on the Pro Circuit, but i'm holding out for a reply from sweetquads. The Pro Circuit website listed the system for 499. That's a bummer because we will not pay that much for an exhaust, do either one of you guys know where i can get the Pro Circuit cheaper? Do you sell it sweetquads? If i can't find it for cheaper we might be forced to go for the HMF. By the way thanks for all the input so far guys.

Thanks for all the information guys. Both seem like real good pipes so it's gonna come down to price. Where can i find the pro circuit pipe for cheap? Sweetquads has got an awesome price on the Penland and if the Pro Circuit is more expensive then we'll go with the Penland. Since we don't actually have the quad yet we're not planning on purchasing the pipe for a while. Sweetquads, will you stand by that price for me?
