A lot of people like HMF, it seems to have good performance for the price.
Also search the suzuki forum, a lot of people ask a similar question.

I have the yosh complete system with head pipe but it was expensive. Find it on Ebay! It was at least $100 less than what I paid at the dealer. Anyway, if you are looking for a cheaper mod to just see what it does, and you don't intend on replacing the headpipe, check into the endcap replacement. It is basically a mod that uses your stock pipe, just replaces the restrictive endcap and opens it up. Seems to have gotten some pretty good reviews from what I have read on other boards. It is only about $45 too. Search under z400 if you can't find it for KFX.

Of course, if you have the money, get the Yosh! Rejet and a K&N filter on the intake, noticible gains. Drags my bum up the hill.

This is what I found on ebay....Have no idea bout the seller so don't forget to check them out!

Happy riding.

You could try removing the airbox lid and rejet (I used a 150 Mikuni main) with the stock pipe. It is a nice gain over stock.
