Mojave problem--Figured out (sorta)

How much oil do you put in when you changed the oil? If you over fill it you could see the problem that you were having, the oil has to go somewhere if you fill it up too much.

I haven't done the oil yet.....got it from my inlaws early in the winter/fall and haven't had time to ride until now.
