Default Elka front Springs Setting

Just a quick question for anyone with Elka front spring kit. I would like to know which way would best suit my riding style for setting up the spacer. I ride mostly in the woods, I liked the factory ride just a little soft when carrying speed into corners, wants to nose dive a bit. Elka kit says longer part down more stiffness, shorter part down more plushness. I would like to know from guys who have this kit does the more plushness setting eliminate nose dive or do I have to go to more stiffness to eliminate nose dive. One other note I don't use any tools on front of Bike just plan on installing a winch down the road. Thanks for the help in advance.
