Decisions BF 650 or P700
well guys looks like the P360 will become the backup quad this summer.
i got a summer job paying hella money.
so ill be buying a new quad toward the end of july
ive narrowed my choices down to BF 650 or P700
Which one is more proven, reliable, and the better overall quad.
I will run 27 or 28 in laws on this machine
I can get the BF 650 OTD for 5633 or the P700 OTD for 5833. so there is only 200 bucks difference. The BF750 is ot of range of what i want to pay at 6333 OTD.
Any help and opinions will be appreciated.

They're mostly the same quad both excellent machines. Only differents are the plastic skins that cover up the beasts and their engine's total displacement. It would be an easy pick for me, the legendary Prairie 700! Especially if you want to run 27 or 28 inches tire which consume a great amount of power away from the engine. The extra displacement from the Prairie 700 will be appreciated.

I agree that it would be hard to pass up the 700 Prairie for only $200.00 more than the 650 Brute... but also consider that 700, has more power, but you can mod the 650 motor to equal the 700's stock power, pretty easily & cheaply... but also the 650 Brute is as much better than the 650 Prairie was, as the 700 Prairie is better than the 650 Prairie ( & there was nothing wrong with the 650 Prairie )... the 650 Brute has a slightly better radiator, & it has the 700 Prairies improved clutch... a few things the 650 Brute has better than the 700 Prairie, are improved better fitting plastc, better radiator access ( IMO, the best cooling system set up in the Kawi line up, because it still retains the inner fenders, but the acessessabilty of the Brute ), a front strut tower brace under the front plastic, gives it a much stronger strut tower than whats available on the 700 Prairies...
I wouldn't personally be disappointed with either, & may be swayed to buy the 700 Prairie, if I could get it for only $200.00 more than the 650 Brute, but unless something radical comes out of Kawi for early '06, we'll be buying a new 650 Brute middle / late this summer...
