I was also thinking about some clutch springs...............but I know nothing about them ....is that something that can be replacing fairly easy or is it a complicated job

Primary spring is easy. Just remove clutch cover (never turn key on while clutch cover is off!). Pull top plate from primary clutch (front clutch) and spring is right there. Not sure what spring you should run, depends on your riding style, tire size, etc.... I run a P700 spring, w/ one shim, in my '03 P650. I run the EPI red for drags and pull competitions. Secondary clutch spring requires a compressor tool to compress the spring on the secondary clutch and allow you to remove the circlip. You can easily make one (I did). The instructions are on NYROC's website, www.dnsalias.com. I have a Dynatek CDI on my Prairie and love it. After riding w/ it for awhile, if you take it off you will think you are on a 500cc quad.

Like Adirondac said.

Try any of my mods in my signature that you don't already have. A picture of the clutch tool is in my pictures. Do a search for : improved secondary clutch tool" for instructions.

Biggest thing you'll have is a "RESPECT" for all the power she is making!! not to mention a "BIG Grin" every time you straddle her!! and a "WTF" expression when you blow by the other quads.
