Default I want a 450cc High Performance Mojave!

That was my '87 Mojave. It fit real good, and it joined the frame via (4) half pipe pieces, attached to the ends of the mounting arms on the bumper, and that fit over the upper and lower parts of the tubing on the front part of the frame, kind of above and below where the rubber bumpers were once located. You attached it via (8) 1-1/2" dia. hose clamps, (2) per mounting point. Once you tightened down on the hose clamps, it was very secure feeling, almost like a bolt-on. I never hit anything hard enough to put the bumper through the "Ultimate" test!

I had an extra Graydon-Proline "cloverleaf design" aluminum front bumper for my 250R 4-wheeler. I fit it to the front-outside of the '88 Mojave frame tubes, in the same vicinity as described above, and it lined up great, nice and perpendicular to the ground. I drilled (4) each 1/4" diameter holes through the tubing and bolted the bumper on with 1/4-20 x 1-3/4" long, hex head bolts, 1/4" flat washers and 1/4" nylon hex head lock nuts. It fit better than the PRM, and in that section of the frame is more decorative than functional, so I don't think I weakened it all.
