Default KFX 700 / White Bros. Carbon Pro Exhaust

Need some help! I just picked this W/B Carbon Pro exhaust for my quad on E-bay ($200.00) and have a few questions. This is a two into one system and I need some help with the jetting. I spoke W/B today and was told to go down on the main jets two sizes, down of the pilot jets two sizes and raise the needles one clip. Does this sound correct? I have read some of the other posts and it seems that jetting these quads are all over the map! I am here in SoCal, so if anything has any ideas, I would like to hear them. Also, the pipe came with a new air filter (W/B unit) that will flow more air. Does anyone out there have this pipe ? What kind of power can I expect?

Thanks for the help!

The stock needles on a KFX700 dont have clips....I think they must have been mistaken unless you told them you have a dynojet kit, the dynojet needles have clips. At any rate, you will need to jet way up from stock, you wont jet down from stock when you add a pipe. Also, dont worry about the pilot jets you shouldnt have to do anything to them unless u get some serious mods going. Using the keihin jets I think mid to high 140's ought to cut it, with airbox mods and 6* key or cdi you might need to go into the 150's, best I can tell you is read the plugs and good luck. hope this helped.

I could be high on the jet sizes, it really depends on how well that pipe flows and if you add another snorkle to the airbox, or run without the lid....I was basing the sizes from a 2-1 muzzy setup, but those things flow like crazy but cost quite a bit more. Stock jets for my V were 135F and 140R...I dont have a pipe, but if i was you i'd try a 140F and 145R and then if that is too lean go up a couple sizes. Always check your plugs.
