my buddy has a 700 utility and the 4x4 and the engine brake will not work.so i did some testing on the electrial and when i pulled the fuse out for the engine brake and tested for power i had power on both sides with the fuse out so i tried different boxes off other machine and still did the same thing power on both sides of engine brake fuse with out the fuse in the hole.does anybody know what the problem is could it be pintched wire,or enternal,it does the same whether it is running or not.please help.
