Default water in oil HELP!!

93' mojave
last weekend i noticed water dripping from the water pump. I thought it was just hot, but later i touch it with my finger and sure enough i had oil in the water. the site glass on the side also had a milky look to it. Is the head gasket my problem or is their a way water can get in from the water pump.

and when i replace parts do i need head gasket and water pump seals and gaskets, both, or is there more to it than that

Bad head gasket or cracked head or cracked block. Take it apart to see if its the gasket, if not have somone check the head.
