I had ordered a DG snorkel, but they have been backorderd for a while, so the more I thought about it, I cancelled today. I don't ride in water or mud, so I was thinking about just losing the snorkel. Looks like this would provide plenty of air flow. Yes, I clean my filters often. Anybody running like this?

 

Yes i do no airbox--its just the way to go....700v forces

 

I've ran mine with no box lid and with proper jetting it ran fine. Just keep it clean and dont forget its open when you wash it.
