Hey fellas. I have a distinct feeling that there will soon be a 2006 Brute Force 750 in my barn and I am looking through some of the mods online that I can put into it. I wanted to ask, what mods you guys have done that have been well worth it, and the ones that you shouldnt have done. Also, I would greatly appreciate any leads on where I could buy some of these mods at good prices. Advise on all mods is great, skid plates, ITP wheels and tires, anything. Also, I am just getting back into the four-wheeler mode, havent been in it since my Honda 250X back in 96, and I would like to understand what an ICM upgrade is and does for the Brute. Info, prices, where to find, and suggestions are all sincerely appreciated. Thanks fellas.

Wheels and tires first. IMHO

 

skidood is right, tires and wheels first. i put 27" mudlites and itp type 5's and they are good, i'm not a big mudder but i havnt been stuck yet. dicksatv.com seems to be a good place for tires and wheels, i think he will match or beat most prices. tie rods might be a good investment for peace of mind, diamong G ones are the only way to go here. the highlifter or other icm's will give you more power on the bottom end(wheelie power) pulling and such, deep mud you know. they give best bang for your buck. dynatech cdi will give some punch throughout the powerband and its plug & play while the icm's are cut and splice.there are some exhausts out there, hmf, muzzy. very loud from what ive heard except the penland ecosystem hmf. if you have a deep pocket skies the limit i guess. my opinion, i went with tires and wheels first, then tierods and ends, next will be the dynatch cdi, just for ***** and giggles.

My neighbor has the Brute, and the mods he has done consists of 28" inch itp's, the High Lifter ICM, and the HMF Pipe.
He is super happy with it, and calls me on a daily basis asking for prices on new mods for his toy[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
I have rode it a little, and it is amazing the power this beast has. Kinda funny see a big bike like that riding a wheelie past my house[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

 

where can I get the Diamond G tie rods and ends, and how much will they cost me?
