Removing disc shield from knuckle

Removing disc shield from knuckle
As many of you know from my posts(Previous to my owning it), my '00 Lakota was hit buy a train. I'm replacing the R. steering knuckle & I can't figure out how to get the heat shield off the knuckle.
Any of you guys done this, & if so, what do I do?
