Youthguy
As soon as possible, drain oil/gas, Pull plugs. Inspect cylinder for mud (May have to flush out with hose) & use pull start to turn over engine/get all water out of cylinders.

Once all water is removed squirt cylinder with small squirt of oil and pull start again to coat cylinder wall and then remove pull starter housing, drain water, dry & reinstall.

Remove & Put battery on charger while you are cleaning Quad

Drain gastank, Remove drain blow out Muffler/exhausts, remove/clean carb bowls, slides, springs, jets & needle jets, and pilot jets, CVT cover. Use air source/blowgun and spray low pressure bursts of air in all jet openings near/in carbs and inside airbox & drain & blow out all drain lines/vaccum lines leading to airbox. Disconnect fuel line from petcock to gas tank and petcock to carbs

Thouroughly clean carb bowls, jets, remove/flush mud/dirt from inside CVT, belt, & clutches. Blow dry and inspect all fuses, wiring harness, slightly bend end on fuse, smear with diaelectric grease & Inspect/re-insert all fuses

Reassemble, Put in fresh gas, plugs, cheap oil/filter, & reconnect battery. Ensure CVT cover is installed before turning on key. Turn on key & let fuel pump out fuel line from tank, connect line to petcock and let full pump out line from petcock while cycling petcock. Reconnect carbs, full choke, engine kill switch off, and fire up. Run till fan kicks on and Change oil & filter. Repeat oil/filter change till no water is in oil put in favorite synthetic oil & good filter.

Buy a boat for water above 3 feet.

Big brother didn't look close enough. Right off into 10 feet. I pull up to see 4 tires floating and three heads bobbing! I laughed. Until the LCD (probably $500) was shot. IT is partially working now though. I will check it out.
