I have snorkeled it. Where does it lead, and why does oil and a little water in oil come out of it 3 times now? It got drowned out, but I drained oil twice, but twice it spits oil out my snorkel hose under handle bars....maybe too full? Explain the vent and mechanics of if please!?

 

You may have water in your diffs,they also vent out by the bars. Have you changed the oil in those yet?
