Default ATV Hard Surface Kits!

Any one do this to their Prairie 650?
Looks fun, just a trailer trip to the Troopers station once horns and lights are installed, and street tires.
Can my 650's alignment be tweaked more for street than trail? Seems the toe is more in for off road

Theres several I've found, google "ATV Hard Surface Kits"
I've seen them on Ebay, here and there.
More I think, the more it could be a blast to scoot to the store on the ATV.

I tryed "ATV Hard Surface Kits" and it appears to only come up tire and wheels kits for hard sufaces, the link i post is for a kit to allow you to ride on street cause it will have the needed lights and etc

ITP has them and pretty much anywhere you can get bigfoot kits and tire/wheel combos.
Something to think about also.
ITP makes 14" wheels now. You could put whatever street tire or even a small light mud grip if you wanted.

As far as the toe in/toe out, 0 to about 1/8 toe out.
This way you maintain the Ackermann anngle and prevent tire scrub when turning.
May have to mess with it a bit depending on the tire profile you get.

you do know that they still make a 12" radial for cars ( originally designed for the early Honda's & the like )... my local Tire dealer has 4 - 2 of each, 2 different brands... I think they are 155 R - 12's... they'll go right on to an ATV 12" wheel, ( they are a bit narrow for the 7" & wider wheels, but are a perfect fit for the stock 6.5" wide fronts on my beast )... they are around 22" or a little better O.D., are call season radial treads, don't weigh any more than my 23" 6 ply 489 XT's, & only cost around $33.00 each...

Man, talk about "low gear", LOL, I bet that would leave a strip of rubber a few hundred feet on wet pavement!
