I was wondering whatyou guys paid for ur guys' Kfxes. I'm planning to get 1 and I was wondering if the dealer gave me a good price. The dealer wants $5000 for a '05 brand new Kfx 400. What did u guys get for yours? Is this a good price?

 

I think $5000 is probably a good price. You could probably even talk them down a little. A dealer around here has two 05 KFX400s for $5299 and an 06 Z400 for $5399.

 

I think we paid 4900 for my 05 brand new out the door but he gave us a deal on it cause we traded my old one off.

 

They also have a nice 05 kfx with accessories- shock covers, nerf bars, skid plate and bumper which i like but is an extra $700 is that good?

 

Yea that's good. I paid $5200 for mine and that was back in April. At the time no one around my area was selling one for less than $5700.

 

$5000 for an '05 isn't bad at all. My dealer won't budge on even the '03 models! He wanted $5k for an '03! The sales man said, "You don't understand...we don't have much to work with on these things." I told him, "I guess you don't understand why this '03 is still sitting here then do you?" Hry i just got back from the dealer and he wants $7000 otd for a brand new 06 kfx 400. it included tax freight and a whole bunch of other shi* How in the hell does he get almost $2000 more outta that?

If you can get it for $5,000 I'd jump on it. Around here in Central Ca. They go about $5700. With the accessories you mentioned added on. $700 isn't a bad price either.
