700 question -- is this normal?

700 hoses

Is the part circled in brown the way they should look, or is something disconnected? I just got this new today and I'm going to ride it later but I don't know if this is right or not.

Its normal, got mine yesterday and its the same. Great bike huh!!!!!!!
